The new=20 study titled, Moving Entertainment: Arbitron Evaluation of Transit = TV=20 Network, explores commuters=E2=80=99 engagement with ad supported = news and=20 entertainment programming available on over 2,200 Los Angeles = County=20 Metropolitan Transit Authority buses. The study focuses = both on the=20 demographic composition of the Transit TV audience and the impact = of=20 commercials aired on the network.

=E2=80=9CIn the = same way radio is the=20 preferred out-of-home broadcast medium to reach people in their = cars,=20 Transit TV has shown to be an effective way to reach those = additional=20 commuters who take mass transportation,=E2=80=9D says Diane = Williams, Manager,=20 Arbitron Custom Research. =E2=80=9CLos Angeles bus riders spend a = major part of=20 their day exposed to on-board television programming and that is = reflected=20 in the strong content and advertising recall = levels.=E2=80=9D
