Transit TV's network is installed at no cost to large transit authorities and provides a revenue stream from advertising sold on the network. Transit TV provides the advertising sales team, all content, maintenance and system support at no cost, operational or capital, to the transit authority.

In smaller markets Transit TV seeks to cover its capital costs through the transit agency leasing the system. The leasing amount per year is dependent on the number of vehicles, the length of contract markets, all other costs are covered by Transit TV.
